This tool has been great to help me lift my soft palate. I feel so much more opening and I am more aware of my soft palate. I hadn’t realized it but it tended to collapse after a good onset. This tool really enables me to be hyper aware of my soft palate now.
I am new to this type of vocal exercise and it seemed a little difficult at first, but I watched a few videos and getting the hang of it. I do see an improvement and doing warm ups with it before practice has helped quite a bit.
