Refund policy

30-day returns • 1-year warranty

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Here’s how our returns, refunds, and warranty work:



Returns (30-Day Policy)

Changed your mind? Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • All original components must be included:

    • Vocal Trainer

    • Necklace

    • Case

    • Insert

Incomplete returns may be refused or refunded at a reduced amount.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Refunds are issued for the product cost only

To request a return, email support@bettervoice.store with your order number and reason for return.

Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions. Refunds are issued once the returned item is received and verified.



Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • We will send a replacement at no cost, or

  • Issue a full refund (including shipping)



Warranty (Defects Over Time)

All Better Voice Vocal Trainers are covered by a 1-year warranty from the date of delivery.

This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

If your product becomes defective within this period, you may choose:

  • A free replacement, or

  • A full refund

Better Voice is not obligated to replace or refund a product until the defective item is returned and verified.

To initiate a warranty claim, email support@bettervoice.store with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
