So far this product has been great! My wife said it helped her voice stay stronger while leading worship on sundays.
I used this for the first time before a gig last night. 10-15 mins max is all I did. My vocals were clear and strong right out of the gate. I won’t do another show without using this prior!!
This thing is a life saver for me. After using it just 10 minutes nearly every day I feel like I can sing anything. I've had mine for around a year now.

I saw this while doomscrolling on Facebook and almost never click these things. But I did some Googling and saw that SOVT training is actually a legit thing, and this one got great reviews so I got it. I’ve been using it randomly while in the car, walking around the house, and practicing for shows and my voice feels noticeably stronger already. I’m really happy with this purchase so far, and we’ll see if it makes a difference at our gig this weekend. I’m pretty optimistic though because I have noticed my speaking voice is stronger after using it, which I’ve notoriously had a problem with.
I have been warming up through a straw for years. This takes the concept of air resistance to the next level and it now goes everywhere with me

I can feel this device helping heal and strengthen my voice. It forces correct placement, which I need as a middle aged amateur returning to serious singing after 25 years away! Note that for a lot of vocal cord issues, nothing works in isolation--I think SOVT trainers like this need to be paired with individual voice therapy and other angles of intervention (I'm trying cardio exercise, relaxation/meditation, and treating silent reflux [caused by pepsin, not necessarily acid]) as well. But this seems like a really effective device!
I have done straw phonation exercises in the past with other products and straws, but this tool is amazing! It warmed my voice faster, I can feel the resistance, I needed to have my voice in top shape when I have to voice for Videogame projects and it resets my voice during the session. I’m in love!
Better Voice actually works. I keep it around my neck almost daily like a necklace. I’m constantly humming in it and singing along to tracks while I’m driving or just working around the house.
I’ve noticed my vocals are more relaxed, my range is broader and I’m not struggling to hit certain notes.

I'm a trained singer, performer, and vocal coach and I love the vocal trainer by better voice. I tell all my students about it. Using the vocal trainer is a great way to expand your range and build proper techniques without blowing out your voice in the process. I honestly didn’t know what to think at first, but after a couple weeks I really can tell the difference. It helps to prep my voice for my voice recordings. I like how compact it is and that it’s easy to locate when I need it. The travel case is nice and the lanyard attachment is super helpful.
This is a great little tool to keep around your neck every day. I find it a great reminder to vocalize when and where I can.
I started using the Vocal Trainer about 9 months ago. It has helped me with notes in my upper register where I was reaching and now the notes are more natural. I wish I had this a long time ago.

My voice was rough before a gig. I have had trouble with getting things to loosen up. I used it for about 5 or 6 minutes before a gig. The ease of hitting notes after one song was like what it feels like after 4-5 songs. The back pressure makes sense and I like it.
As a busy adult, after taking a few years off from being a high operatic soprano opera singer, my voice was so weak and thin. I had no range or projection. Then I got a BetterVoice.
