Shipping, Returns, and Refunds

Most orders will be packaged and dropped off at the post office within 1-3 business days. Delivery times after that will vary based on the shipping service you've selected. (If you select 2 Day Shipping, that's how fast the shipping will be. This means that in addition to the time it takes to fulfill your order (1-3 business days) you'll receive your order in 3-5 business days after ordering).

When you buy any Better Voice product, you're not just buying the best singing tool you've ever had, you become a treasured part of the Better Voice family. That's why we have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you have any issues with your order, we want to help make it right.

For product returns or warranty issues, please contact us at: yourbettervoice@gmail.com. Please provide as much info about your order details and issue (and pictures if you can) and we will direct you on how to return your product.

WARRANTY

We are very proud of the quality and care that goes into every Better Voice product. If your product is defective, we’ll work hard to make it right with the following warranty. All Better Voice products purchased through an authorized Better Voice distributor are guaranteed to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under ordinary use for six (6) months from the date of original retail purchase. During this warranty period, if a product is defective and you follow the instructions for returning it, Better Voice will either:​

  1. Send you a new product that is equivalent; 

  2. Or refund all or part of the original retail purchase price of the product. 

Better Voice shall have no obligation to repair, replace, or refund until the defective product is returned to Better Voice. A replacement or repaired product will assume the remaining warranty of the original product or a warranty period of ninety (90) days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer. 

Upon verification of return, Better Voice™ will offer the Consumer one (1) of the following two (2) options upon receipt and verification of returned product: 1) A replacement Vocal Trainer, Better Voice shall bear the cost of shipping a replacement set to the Consumer; 2) A refund for the original purchase price plus applicable taxes (minus original shipping & handling costs).
