Start by selecting a comfortable resistance level using the slider. Lower settings are ideal for gentle warmups, while higher settings provide more back pressure for advanced vocal exercises.

Vocalize Into It

Place the mouthpiece between your lips, create a complete seal, and vocalize "OOH" through the trainer using your normal warmups - scales, sirens, sustained notes or even the melody of a song.

Warm Up Your Voice
